I read the other day that friendships actually develop when you are stuck with the same people on a regular basis over time. This is why it’s easier to make friends in school than it is to find new friends as an adult. I wanted to use this chapter to demonstrate how people learn more about one another in the middle of random moments when they’re actually focused on something else.
