Alright, so we’re talking about this place like it’s a dorm, but it’s very clearly an old Victorian house. What gives?

Those of you who have attended very small private colleges will probably know that sometimes, such schools buy available property (like, say, houses adjacent to campus) and repurpose them as student housing or even administrative offices.
